Meet Our Volunteers: The People Behind Every GSWA Event

Every festival, class, and gathering GSWA runs is organised entirely by volunteers — people who give up their weekends to set up venues, cook, coordinate performers, and pack everything down again afterwards.

We sat down with a few long-time volunteers to ask what keeps them coming back. The answer, almost every time, was the same: community. Whether it's a chance to give back, stay connected to culture, or just spend time with familiar faces, volunteering is at the heart of what makes GSWA feel like family.
